LabMD Loses Bid To Grill FTC's Atty In Data Security Row

Law360, New York (January 31, 2014, 7:53 PM EST) -- An administrative law judge on Thursday rejected LabMD Inc.'s attempt to interrogate the Federal Trade Commission attorney handling a hotly contested data security suit against the company, although he left the door open for LabMD to depose other commission attorneys in the future.
