ITC Must Consider Amgen, Roche Dispute Over Mircera

Law360, New York (March 19, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has affirmed a ruling allowing Roche Holding AG to import its anemia drug Mircera into the U.S. as long as the company doesn't sell it. But the court disagrees with the International Trade Commission's position that the ITC doesn't have jurisdiction over the case.
