EU Member States Can Toughen Bank Stress Tests

Law360, New York (January 31, 2014, 5:59 PM EST) -- The European Banking Authority on Friday released the broad outlines for its stress tests for the continent's banks, but said that national regulators would have the ability to subject banks under their jurisdiction to even tougher reviews of their ability to withstand a crisis.
