EU Lists Antitrust Concerns With Hutchison's $1B O2 Buy

Law360, New York (February 3, 2014, 12:28 PM EST) -- Hutchison Whampoa Ltd. has received a list of grievances from European antitrust regulators over its proposed $1.1 billion acquisition of Telefonica SA's Irish business, but the would-be buyer said Wednesday it was still upbeat about the transaction's prospects for eventual approval.
