IRS' ACA Outreach Could Be Challenging, TIGTA Says

Law360, New York (February 3, 2014, 10:43 PM EST) -- Changes in how the Affordable Care Act will be implemented may pose challenges to the Internal Revenue Service's public outreach efforts when the agency takes over as the face of health care law in 2015, the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration said Monday.
