Insurer Dodges Cop Coverage Due To Paperwork Error

Law360, New York (February 4, 2014, 7:21 PM EST) -- The Eighth Circuit found Tuesday that Harleysville Worchester Insurance Co. does not have to cover a police officer who was sued by two Arkansas residents following an altercation, saying the portion of the policy that provided law enforcement coverage was an error.
