Pa. Budget Would Expand Drilling Under State Forests

Law360, New York (February 4, 2014, 6:04 PM EST) -- An expansion of oil and gas drilling under Pennsylvania’s state parks and forestland is expected to reap $75 million in the coming year, according to $29.4 billion spending proposal unveiled by Gov. Tom Corbett during his annual budget address on Tuesday.
