Bankrupt Dura Keeps Control Of Its Destiny

Law360, New York (March 20, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Eyeing emergence from Chapter 11, Dura Automotive Systems Inc. has won more time to maintain control over its plan for reorganization.

In an order Wednesday, Judge Kevin J. Carey of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware gave Dura until April 30 to keep exclusive control over its plan and until June 30 to win support for it.
