Talks Over $1.6B In Panama Canal Financing Hit Impasse

Law360, New York (February 5, 2014, 1:27 PM EST) -- Talks between an international consortium of infrastructure firms and the agency that operates the Panama Canal over funding for the final $1.6 billion necessary to complete the canal's expansion have broken down, according to one member of the consortium.
