Banking Groups Appeal IRS Win On Info-Sharing Regs

Law360, New York (February 5, 2014, 1:40 PM EST) -- The Florida Bankers Association on Tuesday indicated that it planned to appeal a Washington, D.C., federal judge’s decision to toss its lawsuit against the U.S. Department of the Treasury challenging regulations requiring banks to share nonresident alien depositors’ personal information with the government.
