Pa. Bill Aims To Curb Frivolous Patent Suits

Law360, Philadelphia (February 5, 2014, 1:27 PM EST) -- A group of state legislators introduced legislation on Tuesday aimed at reducing the number of frivolous patent lawsuits faced by Pennsylvania companies by requiring challengers to post bonds and send structured demand letters to entities they believe may have infringed on their intellectual property.
