Ex-CEO Wants Finances Kept From CPSC In 'Buckyballs' Row

Law360, New York (February 5, 2014, 5:26 PM EST) -- The former CEO of Buckyballs maker Maxfield & Oberton Holdings LLC has asked an administrative law judge to keep their financial records out of the hands of the Consumer Product Safety Commission in its suit against them over alleged defects in the magnet sets.
