Law360, New York (February 5, 2014, 7:05 PM EST) -- After more than two decades at Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP, the bankruptcy attorney who played a crucial role in the 2013 merger of American Airlines and U.S. Airways is leaving the firm to become an executive at Hilco Global, according to an internal Hilco memorandum released Wednesday.
