McGuireWoods' Links To Freedom Questioned In Ch. 11 Case

Law360, Los Angeles (February 5, 2014, 10:10 PM EST) -- The U.S. Bankruptcy Trustee for Freedom Industries Inc., the now-bankrupt company blamed for a chemical leak in West Virginia, asked a bankruptcy judge on Wednesday to reconsider a final decision to make McGuireWoods LLP counsel for the debtor, saying the firm’s connections to the company may be too close.
