FirstEnergy Unit Hit With Pa. Coal Plant Pollution Suit

Law360, Philadelphia (February 6, 2014, 5:15 PM EST) -- A FirstEnergy Corp. unit was slapped with a class action complaint in Pennsylvania state court on Wednesday by neighbors of a recently shuttered coal-fired power plant in Fayette County who say their property values were diminished due to pollution from the facility.
