EU's Fracking Future Remains Uncertain After Guidance

Law360, New York (February 12, 2014, 1:59 PM EST) -- On Jan. 22, 2014, the European Commission issued a communication relating to the opportunities and challenges of using hydraulic fracturing and adopted a recommendation on the “minimum principles for the exploration and production of hydrocarbons, such as shale gas, using high-volume hydraulic fracturing.”
