Tax Expenditures Should Be Reviewed In Budget, Experts Say

Law360, New York (February 6, 2014, 6:48 PM EST) -- Tax expenditures should be included in the budget process in order to offset increases in the tax rate and to assess the impact of government on policy, three leading policy experts said Thursday, writing for the Brookings Institution.
