CMS Issues ACA Plan Certification Requirements For 2015

Law360, Washington (February 6, 2014, 8:20 PM EST) -- The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services on Tuesday issued a draft letter laying out its proposed requirements for certification of health plans offered through Affordable Care Act exchanges beginning in 2015, saying the guidelines would bring clarity to the process.
