Wash. Lawmakers Mull Eliminating Oil Refinery Tax Break

Law360, New York (February 6, 2014, 4:47 PM EST) -- Public education and green energy advocates on Thursday urged Washington lawmakers to close a loophole that has allowed the oil industry to claim a tax break that was originally intended to help sawmills, saying it would generate millions for cash-strapped schools.
