Law360, New York (February 7, 2014, 5:26 PM EST) -- China, already the largest global energy consumer, is getting hungrier. A report issued this week by the U.S. Energy Information Administration shows a widening gap between oil production and consumption in China, and predicts the country will surpass the U.S. as the world’s largest oil importer this year.
