FirstEnergy Unit Beats CAA Claims Over Pa. Coal Plants

Law360, New York (February 7, 2014, 3:44 PM EST) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Friday dismissed a long-standing Clean Air Act suit against Allegheny Energy Inc. and its subsidiaries, saying a group of states had failed to prove it performed work at a trio of coal power plants without the appropriate permits.
