Schools Join Ind. In Challenge To ACA Employer Mandate

Law360, New York (February 7, 2014, 2:48 PM EST) -- Almost 40 school corporations have joined the state of Indiana in a lawsuit against the Internal Revenue Service, challenging penalties the IRS could impose against state and local governments under the so-called employer mandate of the Affordable Care Act, Indiana's attorney general announced Thursday.
