Palo Alto Networks Can't Challenge Rival's Firewall Patents

Law360, New York (February 7, 2014, 4:15 PM EST) -- Cybersecurity company Palo Alto Networks Inc. can't challenge the validity of seven Juniper Networks Inc. firewall technology patents during a trial later this month because Palo Alto's founders came up with the inventions the patents cover, a Delaware federal judge ruled Thursday.
