Deutsche Bank To Hand Over Docs To Dubai Regulators

Law360, New York (February 10, 2014, 11:49 AM EST) -- Deutsche Bank AG has agreed to hand over specified information and documents to Dubai's financial free zone regulator, following a court ruling that the bank was not complying with an investigation into its alleged misconduct, the Dubai Financial Services Authority announced Sunday.

The Dubai International Financial Centre Courts declared that the Frankfurt-based bank was in material noncompliance with requirements to produce information and documents to the DFSA, the regulatory agency said.
