Chinese-Owned Wind Co. Takes CFIUS Challenge To DC Circ.

Law360, New York (February 10, 2014, 6:09 PM EST) -- Ralls Corp., a Chinese-owned U.S. wind energy company, on Friday appealed a decision dismissing its claims that the Committee on Foreign Investment in the U.S. and President Barack Obama denied the company due process by prohibiting its acquisition of wind farm projects in Oregon.
