Sierra Club To Sue EPA Over Sulfur Pollution Enforcement

Law360, New York (February 10, 2014, 6:15 PM EST) -- The Sierra Club plans to sue the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for failing to enforce regulations against toxic sulfur dioxide pollution, most of which comes from coal plants, smelters and refineries, the nonprofit organization said Monday.
