Pa. Lawmaker Slams DEP's Surface Rules For Fracking Sites

Law360, Philadelphia (February 11, 2014, 4:03 PM EST) -- A Pennsylvania state legislator on Monday blasted proposed rules governing surface operations at and around natural gas drilling sites as an abandonment of the state Department of Environmental Protection’s constitutional duty to shield natural resources, including air and water, from contamination.
