Nuke Group Asks DC Circ. To Keep $750M Waste Fees Buried

Circuit on Monday not to reconsider its order that the U.S. Department of Energy stop assessing $750 million in annual waste fees, arguing that the federal agency arbitrarily canceled the program they were collected to support.
