CIT Keeps Japanese Ball Bearing Zeroing Challenge Alive

Law360, New York (February 11, 2014, 6:54 PM EST) -- The U.S. Court of International Trade on Monday found that while a ruling from the Federal Circuit last year upheld the U.S. Commerce Department's right to use zeroing in duty reviews, a group of Japanese firms will be allowed to brief the court on whether that decision applies to their suit over duties on ball bearings.
