American LaFrance Creditors Call For Trustee

Law360, New York (March 24, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Unsecured creditors of bankrupt fire-truck manufacturer American LaFrance LLC have asked the bankruptcy court to appoint a Chapter 11 trustee to the case, claiming one person is controlling the debtors, the secured lenders and the equity holders involved in the case.
