Enfamil Maker Fights Bid To Reinstate Infant Death Suit

Law360, New York (February 12, 2014, 8:49 PM EST) -- Mead Johnson & Company LLC urged the Eighth Circuit on Tuesday to uphold the dismissal of an infant formula contamination suit, because the plaintiff had used a flawed methodology to claim the contamination was caused by the formula rather than the water supply or other sources.
