Longtime Justice To Retire From Calif. Supreme Court

Law360, San Diego (February 12, 2014, 9:48 PM EST) -- California Supreme Court Justice Joyce Kennard announced Tuesday that she plans to retire from the state’s top court, handing Gov. Jerry Brown another seat on the court to fill since he appointed Justice Goodwin Liu in 2011.
