Centura Can't Dodge Surgical Centers' Antitrust Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (February 13, 2014, 10:38 PM EST) -- A Colorado federal judge on Thursday dismissed four Colorado ambulatory surgical centers’ antitrust claims against Aetna Inc. and other insurers, but left in place claims that hospital chain Centura Health Corp. conspired to put the surgical centers out of business to eliminate potential competition.
