P&G Dodges Denture Adhesive Claims In Pa. Court

Law360, Philadelphia (February 14, 2014, 1:30 PM EST) -- A Pennsylvania judge on Tuesday agreed to dismiss claims in a dozen suits against the Procter & Gamble Co. alleging that a denture adhesive manufactured by the company led to serious and irreversible neurological damage.
