Judge Won't Recuse Self From BP Spill Obstruction Case

Law360, New York (February 14, 2014, 6:19 PM EST) --  A Louisiana federal judge on Thursday refused to recuse himself from an ongoing suit against a former BP PLC engineer convicted of obstructing a grand jury investigation into the company’s response to the Deepwater Horizon disaster, saying the engineer had waived his right to seek recusal.
