Noteholders Want To Scour Dura's Books

Law360, New York (March 25, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Unhappy over Dura's proposed reorganization plan, the ad hoc committee of creditors has asked to examine the bankrupt auto supplier's books and records in hopes of finding more money tucked away somewhere.

On Monday, investment bank J.W. Korth and Company filed a motion in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware on behalf of the ad hoc committee of creditors, looking for anything in Dura's records that would allow the group to recoup some value on its investment.
