DeLay PAC's Attys Defamed Ex-Treasurer, DC Circ. Told

Law360, Washington (February 18, 2014, 2:45 PM EST) -- The former treasurer of a political action committee tied to ex-GOP House Majority Leader Tom DeLay urged a D.C. Circuit panel on Tuesday to revive his defamation and negligence suit against the PAC's attorneys, saying he's entitled to damages stemming from their conduct.
