FTC Wants LabMD Sanctioned In Data-Security Discovery Row

Law360, New York (February 18, 2014, 10:21 PM EST) -- The Federal Trade Commission last week urged an administrative law judge to sanction LabMD Inc. for failing to comply with its discovery obligations in the commission's hotly contested data-security case, saying the shortcoming was part of a larger “ongoing pattern of delay.”
