Ex-Gas Drilling Co. COO Pleads Guilty To $9M Fraud Charges

Law360, New York (February 18, 2014, 7:56 PM EST) -- The former chief operating officer of a natural gas drilling company pled guilty in Pennsylvania federal court on Tuesday to various fraud charges in connection with a conspiracy to embezzle more than $9 million from his employer, federal prosecutors said Tuesday.
