Fla. Bill To Thwart Anti-Gun Insurance Bias Clears Panel

Law360, Miami (February 19, 2014, 6:40 PM EST) -- The Florida House Civil Justice Subcommittee on Wednesday advanced a bill linking an existing statute prohibiting property and automobile insurers from discriminating against gun owners to the state's unfair trade practice law to give individuals the right to sue if they're denied coverage.
