Law360, New York (February 20, 2014, 3:38 PM EST) -- A Florida federal judge refused to toss Abercrombie & Fitch Co.'s bid to invalidate a trademarked slogan the company has been accused of infringing, saying the clothing retailer adequately alleged that its accuser committed fraud on the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in its application for the mark.
