Atomic Experiment Raises Safety Questions: Suit

Law360, New York (March 26, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Worried by the possible destructive consequences of an atomic experiment, two Hawaiian residents have sued the U.S. Department of Energy, government physics research center Fermilab and Europe's Center for Nuclear Energy Research, among others, for not conducting an environmental analysis before building a Large Hadron Collider in Switzerland.
