Windsor Explicitly Allows State Gay Marriage Bans, Pa. Says

Tom Corbett’s administration argued Tuesday that petitioners looking to strike down Pennsylvania’s ban on same-sex marriage in state court could not rely on the U.S. Supreme Court’s landmark ruling in U.S. v. Windsor to challenge the constitutionality of the state’s own version of the Defense of Marriage Act.
