Windsor Explicitly Allows State Gay Marriage Bans, Pa. Says

Tom Corbett’s administration argued Tuesday that petitioners looking to strike down Pennsylvania’s ban on same-sex marriage in state court could not rely on the U.S. Supreme Court’s landmark ruling in U.S. v.
