Brazil Drags US Back To WTO In Long-Running Cotton Fight

Law360, New York (February 20, 2014, 7:27 PM EST) -- Brazil announced Wednesday that it will request the formation of a World Trade Organization panel to determine whether the newly enacted U.S. farm bill brings the U.S. into compliance with a prior WTO ruling that faulted its cotton subsidy and export credit guarantee programs.
