Pa. Appeals Court Won't Rehear Fixodent Evidence Dispute

Law360, Philadelphia (February 21, 2014, 1:26 PM EST) -- The Pennsylvania Superior Court said Tuesday it would not rehear arguments after a three-judge panel ruled that key expert testimony aimed at establishing a link between Fixodent denture adhesive and severe neurological damage should be stricken from a suit against Rite Aid Corp. and Procter & Gamble Co.
