Halliburton Dodges Criminal Charges For Pa. Plant Violations

Law360, Philadelphia (February 21, 2014, 6:19 PM EST) -- The Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General confirmed Friday that it would not pursue criminal charges against Halliburton Energy Services Inc. for violations at an Indiana County facility that resulted in a $1.8 million fine from state environmental regulators.
