10th Circ. Upholds Ex-SEC Atty's Green Scheme Conviction

Law360, Los Angeles (February 21, 2014, 7:42 PM EST) -- The Tenth Circuit on Friday upheld the conviction and sentence for a former senior counsel with the Enforcement Division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission who defrauded a green energy entrepreneur, finding the trial court didn't err by admitting certain evidence or awarding restitution to victims not named in the indictment.
