Top DC Administrative Judge Says Ethics Claims Are Political

Law360, Los Angeles (February 21, 2014, 8:46 PM EST) -- The District of Columbia Office of Administrative Hearings' top administrative law judge fired back Tuesday against a D.C. ethics board's allegations over a $43,000 city contract awarded to the husband of the agency's general counsel, saying she has been targeted by disgruntled subordinate judges and Mayor Vincent Gray's administration.
