Pa. Justices Won't Reconsider Landmark Fracking Decision

Law360, New York (February 21, 2014, 8:20 PM EST) -- The Pennsylvania Supreme Court said Friday that it would not reconsider its December decision that struck down broad portions of the state's controversial law preventing local governments from passing zoning ordinances to prohibit hydraulic fracturing on the basis that it violated the state's constitution.
