Law360, Wilmington (February 21, 2014, 9:46 PM EST) -- Freedom Industries Inc., the company blamed for a huge chemical spill that contaminated drinking water for 300,000 West Virginia residents, plans to wind down, overwhelmed by the raft of problems stemming from the incident, an attorney for the firm reportedly told a bankruptcy judge Friday.
